01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you as the user ("Member") and f61 as the provider of the online gaming platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by f61 through the official website at f61.plus or via the f61 mobile app, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document.

Acceptance of these terms takes effect on the date you first access the platform, register an account, or make any financial transaction on f61 — whichever comes first. You are responsible for ensuring that you have read and fully understood this document before proceeding.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the f61 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the date of registration. f61 takes the protection of children and minors from gambling activities seriously.
• You must be citizen or legal resident in countries or regions where online gambling is permitted under local law.
• You are not currently prohibited from using gambling services by any regulatory body, court, or upon self-request (voluntary self-exclusion).
• You not acting on behalf of any third party — each account must be registered and used by the same individual only.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at f61 at any time. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date. Required information includes your full name, phone number, email address, and payment details. Any false or misleading information will be treated as fraud and may result in legal action.

• Your account password must be unique and not shared with anyone, including f61 staff.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the f61 support team immediately via live chat.
• F61 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

F61 supports a variety of Malaysian local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major local banks. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• All deposits are subject to automatic anti-fraud checks before being credited to your account.
• Deposits are typically credited within less than 2 minutes after successful payment verification.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within less than 5 minutes during regular hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or one that has been verified under your name.
• F61 does not charge any fees processing for standard withdrawals.

05 Bonus & Promotions

• Bonuses may only be claimed one time only unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (wagering requirement) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• F61 reserves the right to cancel the bonus or reject a withdrawal if suspected bonus abuse is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The use of automated software, bots, or unauthorized methods to manipulate bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Each promotion has expiry date — unused bonuses past their expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

In the event of any dispute or ambiguity regarding bonus terms, the decision of f61 management is final and binding on all parties.

06 Game Rules

All games available on the f61 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) by an independent regulatory body. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and free from any manipulation.

• The outcome of all games is final once recorded by the system. No appeals against game outcomes will be accepted unless a provable technical error exists.
• In the event of technical disruption during an active game session, f61 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the member's account balance.
• Members are responsible for ensuring internet connection they remain stable during play. f61 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections on the player's end.
• The use of any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in games is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Live Casino games involve real human dealers, and records of all sessions are retained by the respective game provider for audit purposes.

07 Member Responsibilities and Conduct

As an f61 member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited on the f61 platform:

• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

F61 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated any term of this agreement. Situations that may lead to such action include:

• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the f61 support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be completed, and any eligible balance will be returned via the registered payment method.

09 Liability Limits

F61 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• F61 is not liable for losses arising from service disruption third parties including payment providers or game providers.
• The maximum liability of f61 to any member under any circumstances is limited to the deposited amount by the member within 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

• Your personal data is used solely for platform operational purposes — including identity verification, payment processing, and customer support communications.

11 Amendment of Terms and Conditions
